In our Preschool classes, children are taught the fundamentals of music including singing, rhythm, pitch, timing and musical vocabulary. Every class includes playing on claves, drums, shakers and bells, as well as movement.
Through our catchy songs and drama games that follow the EYFS curriculum, the children explore different weekly topics with Pippa Panda. Our teachers encourage creativity through role play, improvisation and storytelling. This can help develop the children’s emotional intelligence, helping them to build strong friendships.

We always have a Song of the Term which the children love learning more of every week. This improves vocabulary and memory, as well as building up their confidence until they may even feel ready to sing a solo! If your Pippa’s Poppets class is in a nursery or family club, your budding performer will also have the opportunity to shine in one of our bespoke shows!
Our strong emphasis on structure allows children to feel self-assured in our classes, which boosts concentration and participation. We use our songs to teach the children about the musical world, but also about being helpful and kind to others.
At the end of each session, we allow time for the children to wind down and learn the importance of mindfulness, through breathing, stretching and catching bubbles.
